The short version
satjana.ai is a brochure site. There are no accounts, no signup forms, no analytics trackers, and no advertising cookies. The most personal thing we ever hold is an email you choose to send us.
What this covers
This policy covers the satjana.ai website and the demo sandboxes on its subdomains (for example booking.satjana.ai). Products we operate as standalone services carry their own policies, like Wagtale at wagtale.care. Client systems we build are governed by each client's own agreement, run in dedicated environments, and are never mixed with this site.
What the site collects
Our hosting provider, Google Cloud, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps). We use them only to keep the site healthy and secure, and they age out on Google Cloud's standard retention schedule. Your light-or-dark theme choice is saved in your own browser's local storage and is never sent to us.
Every “Book a call” button on this site opens your own email app. If you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can reply and follow up. We never sell, rent, or share your contact details.
The demos
The demos are public sandboxes filled with fictional businesses and people. Anything you type or upload in a demo is processed by Google's Gemini models on Google Cloud, in the United States, in our own project, solely to run that demonstration. Demo content is not used to train models. A few demos can send a sample email or text message to contact details you enter, so enter only your own. Demo inputs stay inside our demo environment, are never shared, and are deleted on request.
Your choices
Ask us any time what we hold about you (usually just an email thread) or ask us to delete it, at hello@satjana.ai.
